DOSAGE

Recommended Adult Dosage: Take 1 level scoop (10g) dissolved in 200mL of water (cold or warm) once daily.  Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

  • Magnesium glycinate Equiv. Magnesium  350mg
  • Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 200mg

Natural flavours (Blackcurrant, Strawberry), Natural colour (Beetroot juice), Natural sweeteners (Glucose, Thaumatin), Acidity regulators (Malic acid, Citric acid), Anti-caking agent (Silicon dioxide), Bulking agent (Di-calcium phosphate).
