This formula supports muscle strength & relaxation, lean body mass#, and energy production*.  Added Vitamin D helps support bone strength and mineralisation.

Magnesium Glycinate is an easily absorbed form of organic Magnesium, and is gentle on the stomach.

DOSAGE
