DOSAGE

Directions: Consume 1-3 serves per day. Shake container before use. Add 30g (3 level scoops) to 200mL of water or other beverage. Shake or blend until mixed and serve. May also be added to other foods to increase protein content. For a low carb drink, mix with water. For a delicious smoothie blend with yoghurt, milk of your choice, ice and fresh or frozen berries.
